Clone: AT2.G7 Immunogen: N-terminal amino acids of human ACAT2 protein. Specificity: Recognize specifically ACAT2 from human and not tested with other species. Formulation: 1mg/ml in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.05% sodium azide. Frozen liquid. Storage/Stability: Stable for one year at –20ºC from date of shipment. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Aliquot will be stable at 4ºC for 3 months. Application: Western Blot (1:1000) and ELISA (1:2000 ~ 5000). |
