ZytoLight
CEN Probes produce sharp, bright
signals specific for each individual
human chromosome. They hybridize to
highly repetitive human satellite
DNA sequences located at the
centromeric regions of chromosomes.
These FISH probes enable the
identification and enumeration of
human chromosomes in interphase and
metaphase cells from various fresh
and archived samples.
ZytoLight
FISH probes are directly labeled
using the unique ZytoLight Direct
Label System II providing
improved signal intensity when
compared to previous labeling
methods.
