1. Chromatograph

BioChromatograph II AC-5300

Measurement data being inputted can be either printed simultaneously or once saved as digital data on a memory of the recorder. The recorder simultaneously records measurement data inputted from up to 2 instruments. The saved measurement data can be printed later with an option of printing parameters, and further be stored in a floppy disk, so that the measurement data can be processed with a spreadsheet software such as Excel in your PC.

2. Flow controller

Gradicon III AC-5900

Multi-function flow controller in which, in addition to pump flow (increased/decreased) control, mixed concentration ratio of two kinds of liquid is changed continuously and varieties of liquids are switched are also possible.

3. Peristaltic pump

Precision Perista Pump  AC-2120

Peristaltic pump allowing liquid being pumped to be in contact only with the inner wall of tubing. Suitable for low-pressure liquid chromatography, gradient formation and other laboratory applications.

It takes cassette style for each channel and the number of channels can be fluctuated if needed to 1-4 pieces.  Flow rates are set collectively to all the channels, on the other hand, flow rate compensation or regulation is possible channel by channel.

Low Noise Type Perista Pump SJ-1211 H-S

Suitable for the experiment system treating measurement of minute current and voltage, such as animal experiment or animal nervous system experiment. Because of electrically low noise, the experiment system of high impedance cannot be easily influenced by a pump noise, either.

AC-5100AC-5200

Optical monitors to measure UV absorbance of column effluents at the wavelength of either 280 or 254 nm in low-pressure liquid chromatography. The dual-beam and the dual silicone photodiode detector ensure the measurement with low noise and long-term stability over wide environmental temperature range, affording reliable operation in a cold room. An economy type featuring 0.0005 AU noise level, 0.0002 AU/h stability, 5 sensitivity ranges and a high-grade type featuring 0.0002 AU noise level, 0.0005 AU/h stability, 9 sensitivity range as well as sophisticated operations.
