Delivery Terms:
All orders received before Friday 18:00 will be
delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday.
We fax an order of confirmation and indication of
delievery.
If you product is in backorder we will keep you
informed.
Payment Terms:
Next 30 days, invoices are written in Euro and can
be paid to our bank accounts in Belgium, the Netherlands and
France or by Credit Card.
Tax free delivery within EC:
Tax free delivery when Value Added Tax Number (VAT,
BTW-No or TVA) is given. 21% Belgian tax will be charged without
VAT, BTW-No or TVA.
Freight and Delivery
Free delivery for orders with net value from 250
Euro. For orders below this value 15 Euro will be charged.
If you products need dry ice we will add 15 Euro.
Delivery notes
All shipping documents contain storage
temperatures, prices, quantities and your internal order number.
