expression

Ig-
kappa
and/or
Ig-lambda
light
chain
RNA

immunglobulin
producing
cells.
It
is
generally
difficult
to
assign
expression
of
secreted
proteins
to
certain
cells
at
the
protein
level
by
conventional
antibody
based
immunohistological
methods.
In
situ
hybridisation
has
the
advantage
of a
virtually
background
free
signal
allowing
a
safe
and
simple
analysis
of
the
clonality
of a
given
lymphocyte
population.
ZytoVision
offers
single
probes
as
well
as a
cocktail
allowing
the
detection
of
lambda
and
kappa
light
chain
expression
simultaneously.
