Hybridization (FISH) are
designed for the identification of
genetic aberrations, e.g.
translocations, deletions,
amplifications, and chromosomal
aneuploidies associated with tumors
and genetic diseases. ZytoLight
FISH probes can be used on various
sample types in all aspects of
routine and research work in
genetics and pathology/oncology. |

The ZytoLight product line
comprises CEN probes specific for
highly repeated satellite sequences
located at the centromeric regions
of human chromosomes, as well as
SPEC probes specific for single copy
DNA sequences.
ZytoLight FISH probes are
directly labeled using the unique
ZytoLight Direct Label System II
providing improved signal intensity.
Advanced specificity of single copy
probes is obtained by the unique
ZytoVision Repeat Subtraction
Technique.
